DUMPSTER WELDING
We have been hired for two separate projects to automate the process of welding dumpsters and their components. We retrofitted a 25 year old ABB robot that the customer had so that it would be able to weld together casters that would go on the bottom of each dumpster. More recently we put together a larger cell dedicated to welding entire dumpsters together using an IRB 2600ID. In both cases we designed, fabricated and programmed all of the support, fencing/access and safety system.
