At Eagle Vision and Automation we can update your existing controls or setup a whole new system for you from the ground up. From controllers to vision to sensors and safety we can setup whatever you need for your project.
Controllers
As an ABB integrator we are well versed in how to set up and program their IRC series of robot controllers both to control your robot and your other devices that will work along with it. We also work extensively with Allen Bradley PLCs, programmable relays and HMI’s. We will do the research to make sure you are getting the controller you need and work with you to make sure it will keep on being a good fit for your plans for future expansions. We can also take care of all of your programming and wiring needs to make sure you get the turnkey solution you want working the way you need.

Sensors and Safety
We work with brands like Allen Bradley, IFM and Keyence to provide devices to detect anything from simple presence/absence to gas flow to full cell protection safety systems. We will do the research to make sure you are getting the devices that will be best for your system. We can help you install and program devices to make sure they are working properly. If you have an existing system we can generally use your existing sensors and devices, even if you don’t have information on how they work we will do the research to bring them into the new updated system we are creating for you.
Vision
We work with both Cognex and Keyence to provide you with a system that can scan difficult to read barcodes and inspect, locate or track parts. We can help with installation, programming and maintenance for your cameras. We can also help train or connect you with these companies to receive training so you can add new products to your line without needing to call us out for programming.
